Description | Flopropione (Phloropropiophenone), a spasmolytic or antispasmodic agent, is used as a 5-HT1A receptor antagonist. |
In vitro | Flopropione at temperatures below its T(g) shows no Lorentzian relaxation. Flopropione at temperatures below its T(g) has higher molecular mobility than Nifedipine. [1] Flopropione shows Arrhenius temperature dependence throughout the entire temperature range and extrapolation of tau (beta) measured above T (g) by dielectric relaxation agreed with tau (beta) measured below T (g) by TAM/MDSC.
