Description Mc-MMAE (Maleimidocaproyl-monomethylauristatin E) is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC. Mc-MMAE is a maleimidocaproyl-conjugated monomethyl auristatin E, which is a potent tubulin inhibitor.
In vitro The production of maleimidocaproyl-MMAE (mc-MMAE) involves introducing maleimidocaproic acid into a dichloromethane solution containing MMAE. This process is then followed by adding diethyl cyanophosphonate and diisopropylethylamine[1].
