Description N6-(4-Hydroxybenzyl)adenosine (Para-topolin riboside) is a platelet aggregation inhibitor.
In vitro A few naturally occurring N(6)-substituted adenosine derivatives (cytokinin ribosides) were investigated as inhibitors of platelet aggregation induced in vitro by collagen and their activity range was demonstrated (IC50: 6.77-141 μM)[1].
