In vivo | Oral ralfinamide dose-dependently alleviated spared nerve injury-induced allodynia in rats and mice. Ralfinamide increased mechanical withdrawal thresholds in oxaliplatin-induced and paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain. Ralfinamide did not affect physiological pain, locomotion,or cardiovascular function[1]. |
