Description	Tocainide hydrochloride is a blocker of the sodium channel and used for the treatment of tinnitus.
Targets&IC50	sodium channel,
In vivo	Ventricular ectopic activity in unanesthetized dogs with coronary occlusion effectively suppressesed by Tocainide (100 mg/kg). In both digitalis toxicity and coronary occlusion models, Termination of tocainide infusion results in prompt return of ventricular ectopic activity[1].
