Description Netarsudil Dihydrochloride (AR-13324 Dihydrochloride) is an inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK) and norepinephrine transporter (NET) with effective in intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction.
In vivo Netarsudil Dihydrochloride (AR-13324 Dihydrochloride; 0.04%, 50 ΜL)reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) in normotensive monkey eyes [1]. Netarsudil Dihydrochloride (0.04%) produces a statistically significant lowering of episcleral venous pressure (EVP) in Dutch Belted rabbits [2].
