Solid Tumors Target Proteins

Certain research progress has been made in CAR-T in solid tumors, including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and bile duct cancer. Compared with hematoma, there are many types of solid tumor, various pathogenic mechanisms, difficult target selection, and more scattered targets in research projects. Overall, Mesothelin, HER2, EGFR, GPC3, GD2, CD276, MUC1 and Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) were common targets.
