GelRed for Electrophoresis
In Gel Staining (Pre-staining, same method as EB) Prepare a agarose solution and heat till it dissolves. GelRed Nucleic Acid Staining solution is diluted from the GelRed Nucleic Acid Stain 1:10,000 prior to pouring the gel. Since good thermal stability, GelRed can be added directly to hot agarose solution. Shake to ensure being fully mixed flowing by cast the gel, Run gel and view results by UV projector.
