Docosatrienoic acid inhibits the binding of LTB4 to porcine neutrophil membranes with 5 μM Ki.
In vivo
The application of docosaenoic acid can dose-dependently reduce the peak current amplitude of potassium ions on the membrane potential of all rats and accelerate the activation and inactivation mechanics of potassium.
