In vitro
Hedgehog IN-7 (Compound 8g) exhibits cytotoxicity against MIA-PaCa-2 cells (IC 50 = 4.11 μM) and is non-toxic to HEK293 cells (IC 50 > 50 μM). Additionally, Hedgehog IN-7 (48 h) inhibits Hedgehog signaling in NIH3T3 SHh-Light II cells with an IC 50 of 6.4 μM.
