In vitro | Prepare a stock solution of Sorensen's buffer by dissolving 9.5g/L of Na2HPO4•2H2O (Solution A) and 9.1g/L of KH2PO4 (Solution B). Apply Leishman stain to the smear for 2 minutes, followed by the addition of twice the volume of Sorensen buffer (pH 6.8). Gently mix the contents on the slide for 15 minutes. Finally, rinse the smear with running water and allow it to dry for 5 minutes. (Guidelines: See our recommended protocol. Adapt as necessary for your specific requirements) [1]. |
