In vitro | MAT2A inhibitor 6 (Compound 3N-h) significantly suppresses the proliferation of HCT-116 (MTAP KO) cells with an IC50 value of 0.1 μM over 72 hours. At a concentration of 1 μM and a duration of 24 hours, it also induces cell apoptosis (43% of cells in early or late-stage apoptosis) but is virtually non-toxic to wild-type HCT-116 cells. |
