When tested at 100 μg/mL for 1, 3, and 5 hours against E.coli DH5α strains expressing NDM-1, Metallo-β-lactamase-IN-15 restores imipenem's in vitro activity and reduces the minimum inhibitory concentration of meropenem in clinical E.coli DH5α strains.
