In vitro
SDH-IN-13 demonstrates antifungal activity against S. sclerotiorum and V. mali, with EC50 values of 0.37 and 1.81 μg/mL, respectively [1].
In vivo
SDH-IN-13 (100 μg/mL) exhibits antifungal activity against infections by S. sclerotiorum and V. mali on detached healthy apple branches [1].
