Biological Information | Human FGFR4, hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Mouse Beta Klotho, His Tag with an affinity constant of 36.97 nM as determined in SPR assay. |
Description | Beta-klotho (KLB) is a coreceptor required for endocrine fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 15/19 and FGF21 signaling in the brain. Klb is prominent within the hypothalamus, which is consistent with its metabolic functions, but diverse roles for Klb are now emerging. Central Klb expression is low but discrete and may govern FGF-targeted sites. Beta Klotho Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 109.91 kDa and the accession number is Q99N32-1. |
