The (Ser19-Leu682) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) (strain B95-8) gH (P03231) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1 ; The (Asn23-Gly137) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) (strain B95-8) gL (P03212) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified
