The Human IL17A (Q16552) (Ile20-Ala155) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; the Human IL17F (NP_443104.1) (Arg31-Gln163) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified.
