In vivo | Following oral administration, 76.5% of BM121307 and its metabolites are eliminated via urine and feces, compared to 80.7% following intravenous administration. The majority of radioactivity is excreted in urine (69.4% and 73.6% of the dose, respectively), with negligible fecal elimination. Urinary analysis indicates that the primary metabolite is trans-N-(4-Hydroxycyclohexyl) acetamide. |
