In vitro
6-TRITC (also named R isomer), the other isomer of the TRITC labeling reagent, is widely used in preparing bioconjugates of nucleic acids and proteins. Complimentary to 5-TRITC, the 6-isomer is predominantly used in the label of nucleotides and nucleic acids.
