In vitro
Anticancer agent 75 (Compounds 3h) demonstrates significant anticancer activity, being at least 35 times less toxic than Doxorubicin [1]. It inhibits cancer cell growth with IC50 values of 333.83 μM for HEK-293, 13.39 μM for HuCCA-1, 15.31 μM for A549, 15.58 μM for HepG2, and 4.90 μM for MOLT-3 [1].
