In vitro | Antitubercular agent-27 (compound 1) exhibits significant antimycobacterial activity against resistant isolates of M. tuberculosis H37Rv with IC50 values of 2.4, 100, 120, 1.3, and 3.1 μM, MICs of 3.2, 140, 160, 2.4, and 4.2 μM, and IC90 values of 3.0, 120, 142, 2.2, and 3.5 μM for FQ-R1, INH-R1, INH-R2, RIF-R1, and RIF-R2, respectively [1]. Additionally, it shows antibacterial activity with MIC values of 0.80 μM (low oxygen) and 0.45 μM (normal oxygen), IC50 values of 0.23 μM (low oxygen) and 0.27 μM (normal oxygen), and IC90 values of 0.43 μM (low oxygen) and 0.35 μM (normal oxygen) [1].
