In vitro | BODIPY FL Verapamil hydrochloride, when used at a concentration of 10 μM, can be incubated with excised tissue in a phosphate-buffered solution to demonstrate binding sites [1]. Additionally, at concentrations ranging from 0 to 100 nM, it inhibits ABCB1 and ABCC1 efflux in combination with loxapine, mometasone, nicardipine, pimozide, and verapamil, with IC 50 values between 1.6 and 15.6 nM [2]. |
