In vitro
COX-2-IN-20 (Compound 5d) exhibits potential anti-inflammatory activity, inhibiting NO production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells with an IC50 of 2.87 μM [1].
In vivo
COX-2-IN-20 (Compound 5d) (5 mg/kg) demonstrates superior anti-inflammatory and gastric protective effects in vivo compared to 10 mg/kg indomethacin [1].
