CYT296 (250nM, 72 hours) alters the chromatin architecture in MEFs to facilitate Yamanaka factor accessibility and enhance the reprogramming process [1]. Additionally, CYT296 (250nM, 72 hours) as a small-molecule inhibitor disrupts heterochromatin assembly in MEFs, significantly improving the generation of iPSCs [1].
In vivo
CYT296, administered subcutaneously in a single dose (皮下注射, 一次), effectively induced pluripotency [1] in iPSCs derived from NOD-SCID mice, with tests conducted on 10-15 4F- and 2F-iPSC clones.
