In vitro | In the absence of PHA activation, SPV-T3a-dgA (1.8 μg/mL) resulted in a 2.0-2.7 fold reduction in viable cell count. After 48 hours of PHA activation, the cytotoxicity of SPV-T3a-DGA increased approximately threefold. |
