In vitro | DMANI (5 μM) exhibits absorption bands at 525 nm and 346 nm in PBS buffer (10 mM, pH = 7.4). Upon addition of 30 μM ONOO−, the absorption significantly decreases, and a new peak emerges around 360 nm. In the emission spectrum, fluorescence at 692 nm markedly diminishes, and a new emission band at 444 nm rapidly appears in the presence of DMANI and ONOO−. |
