Description | EBOV-IN-7 (compound 26) acts as an inhibitor against the Ebola virus EBOV, displaying an IC 50 value of 2.04 μM against pEBOV (EBOV-GP pseudotyped virus). It also obstructs the EBOV-GPcl/NPC1 interaction and exhibits inhibitory effects on cancer cells. [8] [1] |
In vitro | EBOV-IN-7 (compound 26) exhibits a CC50 of 60 μM in HeLa cells, with low cytotoxicity in Vero cells (CC50 >100 μM) [1]. At a concentration of 50 μM, it significantly disrupts the interaction between EBOV-GPcl and NPC1, showing an IC50 of 2.04 μM against EBOV-GP-pseudotyped virus (pEBOV) [1]. For African swine fever virus (ASFV), the compound has an IC50 of 15.75 μM [1]. |
