Description
EP4 receptor antagonist 4 is an agonist of EP4 receptor (human pEC 50 = 6.3) [1].
In vitro
Treatment with EP4 receptor antagonist 4 for 24 hours demonstrated agonistic effects in HEK293 cells stably transfected with hEP4, whereas a 30-minute treatment displayed both agonistic (pEC50 <5) and antagonistic (pIC50 <5) activities [1]. Furthermore, a Cell Viability Assay conducted on HEK293 cells for an incubation period of 24 hours revealed a human pEC50 value of 6.3 [1].
