In vitro | FKBP51-Hsp90-IN-2 inhibits the interaction between Hsp90 and FKBP51 in HEK293 cells when administered at concentrations of 3-30 μM for 48 hours, and enhances energy metabolism after treatment with a concentration of 10 μM for 1-4 hours. Additionally, this compound stimulates neurite outgrowth in differentiated neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. Cell viability assays conducted in HEK293 cells reveal an increase of 10-25% in cell viability after exposure to 10 μM for 1, 2, and 4 hours, measured via MTT assay. Western Blot analysis post 48-hour treatment at concentrations of 3, 10, and 30 μM shows suppressed FKBP51-Hsp90 protein-protein interaction. |
