In vitro
Fura Red AM is exclusively used for undifferentiated cells, as differentiating cells exhibit significant autofluorescence in the Fura Red channel. The stock solution of Fura Red AM is recommended to be prepared in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at a concentration of 45.91 mM [1].
