Description
HDAC-IN-55(8j) is a small-molecule inhibitor that enhances E-cadherin expression and suppresses cancer cell proliferation [1].
In vitro
HDAC-IN-55(8j) exhibits EC50 values of 4.47 μM and 1.61 μM in SW620 and H520 cell lines, respectively [1]. At a concentration of 10 μM for 24 hours, HDAC-IN-55(8j) enhances the expression of E-cadherin and suppresses cell proliferation in SW620 cells [1].
