In vitro
Hyperidione D (10 µM) exhibits neuroprotective effects against corticosterone-induced damage in SH-SY5Y cells.
In vivo
Hyperidione D, administered intraperitoneally (i.p.) at doses of 1.25, 2.5, and 5 mg/kg, exhibited antidepressant activity in mice.
