In vitro
MNK1/2-IN-8 (compound 15b) exhibits GI50 values against HCT-116, MOLM-13, K562, and HL-60 cell lines of 7.68, 1.59, 3.60, and 2.39 μM, respectively [1]. Additionally, MNK1/2-IN-8 (compound 15b) at concentrations of 1, 2, and 4 μM for 24 hours induces cell cycle arrest in MOLM-13 and K562 cell lines [1].
In vivo
MNK1/2-IN-8 (compound 15b) inhibits tumor growth in a mouse lung cancer LL/2 cell xenograft model [1].
