In vitro
NIR-βgal-2 exhibits enhanced sensitivity, with a detection limit of 2.
In vivo
NIR-βgal-2, when injected into tumors at a concentration of 100 μM in a 25 μL volume, exhibits a marked signal within the tumor region of 4T1-tumor-bearing mice. The signal intensity was monitored at various time points (0, 10, 20, 30, and 60 minutes) using an excitation wavelength of 640 nm and an emission range of 695-770 nm [1].
