| In vitro | Patuletin (0-100 μg/mL, 24 h) demonstrated anticancer activities by inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in CaSki, MDA-MB-231, and SK-Lu-1 cell lines [2]. The compound exhibited a dose-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation in these cell lines, with IC50 values of 37, 86, and 18 μg/mL for CaSki, MDA-MB-231, and SK-Lu-1 cells, respectively. |
