Description
PNB-001 is an orally active, CCK2-selective ligand and antagonist with anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities [1].
In vitro
PNB-001 (100 nM, 30 min) effectively inhibits the contraction of the duodenum in experimental rats induced by CCK4 and CCK5 [1].
In vivo
PNB-001, administered orally at doses of 5 and 20 mg/kg, exhibits anti-inflammatory activity and protects rats from ulcers induced by indomethacin [1].
