In vitro	PROTAC Vif degrader-1 inhibits the replication of various wild-type HIV-1 strains in PBMCs (with EC 50 values of 10.53 μM for HIV-1 kiz002 and 8.76 μM for HIV-1 WAN), and exhibits low cytotoxicity (CC 50: > 200 µM).
