In vitro | PTP1B-IN-24 at concentrations of 0-32 μM for 24 hours does not affect cell viability in LO2 cells. In HepG2 cells, PTP1B-IN-24 at concentrations of 1-2 μM for 24 hours improves PA (0.4 mM; 24 h) induced insulin resistance [1]. Western Blot Analysis indicates that in the HepG2 cell line, with a concentration of 1 μM and 2 μM for an incubation time of 24 hours, the compound enhanced the phosphorylated expression of IRS1 (Y632) and Akt (S473). |
