Description | RC-106, a proteasome inhibitor (IC50: 35 μM) and Sigma receptor modulator, exhibits anticancer activity and antiproliferative effects against cancer cells, including glioblastoma (GB) and multiple myeloma (MM) [1]. |
In vitro | RC-106, when administered at a concentration of 60 μM for 24 hours, was found to inhibit the viability of cancer cells [1]. In a cell viability assay [1] using U87-MG cells, RC-106 demonstrated moderate activity. Specifically, at concentrations of 40 and 60 μM over an incubation period of 24 hours, it notably reduced cell viability to 34% at the higher concentration. |
