Description
SENP1-IN-2, a distinct inhibitor of the deSUMOylation protease 1 (SENP1), is designed to enhance tumor radiosensitivity.
In vitro
SENP1-IN-2 potentially enhances the sensitivity of tumor cells to irradiation, demonstrating a cytotoxic effect on Hela cells at concentrations ranging from 0.7 to 20 μM over 72 hours, with an IC50 of >20 μM[1]. This observation suggests a dose-dependent response without reaching cytotoxicity threshold within the tested concentration span.
