In vitro
Alexa fluor 750 is the longest wavelength product in the current Alexa fluor series, which is similar to Cy7 spectrum. The maximum emission wavelength is 779 nm, which can be distinguished from Alexa fluor 647 and allophycocyanin (APC), and is suitable for multicolor analysis. The maximum excitation light at 752nm of Alexa fluor 700 coupling compound makes it suitable for xenon arc lamp or dye pumped lasers in the range of 720 – 750nm.
