In vitro	PROTACs consist of two ligands connected by a linker: one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other targets the desired protein. By harnessing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs achieve selective degradation of target proteins[1].
