In vitro
ZM-306416 hydrochloride selectively induces antiproliferative effects in NSCLC cell lines H3255 and HCC4011 that depend on EGFR, with IC 50 values of 90 nM and 72 nM respectively. It shows no effect on wild-type EGFR cell lines A549 and H2030, where the IC 50 exceeds 10 μM.
