Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile deionized water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/mL. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.

Serine-type endopeptidase involved in atrial natriuretic peptide (NPPA) and brain natriuretic peptide (NPPB) processing. Converts through proteolytic cleavage the non-functional propeptides NPPA and NPPB into their active hormones, ANP and BNP(1-32) respectively, thereby regulating blood pressure in the heart and promoting natriuresis, diuresis and vasodilation.
