_x000D_ 3. Captured Cynomolgus FcRn recombinant protein  on Anti-His Chip can bind Bevacizumab (IgG1) with an affinity constant of 0.09 µM as determined in an SPR assay.
_x000D_ 4. Captured Cynomolgus FcRn recombinant protein on Anti-His Chip can bind Nivolumab (IgG4) with an affinity constant of 0.18 µM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200).

Construction
The extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 297) of cynomolgus FCGRT (Q8SPV9) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; The cynomolgus B2M (Q8SPW0) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified.
