Biological Activity
1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human Nectin-2 His at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human PVRIG mFc, the EC50 of Human PVRIG mFc is 40-260 ng/mL. 2.Loaded Human PVRIG Protein, mFc Tag on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2 protein with an affinity constant of 0.680μM as determined in BLI assay (Routinely tested). 3.Loaded Human PVRIG Protein, mFc Tagon AMC Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2 protein, hFc Tag with an affinity constant of 8.784nM as determined in BLI assay (Routinely tested).
