Description | Dazopride is an antiemetic agent. |
In vivo | Dasopride (0.3 mg / kg) can significantly enhance gastric emptying. In the gastric emptying test, its efficacy is about six times higher than that of metoclopramide. Dazopril (0.3-10.0 mg / kg, intravenous) produced dose-related increases in anal motility mainly by increasing the anal contraction amplitude in three sober dogs. Dazopril significantly reduced the frequency of vomiting in the control group. Doxolipril (5 mg / kg, intraperitoneal injection) antagonizes tetralin induced vomiting, but not 0.25-2.5 mg / kg. Although larger doses of 1.0 mg / kg eliminated or weakened its response, dazopril could not change cisplatin-induced vomiting at 0.1 mg / kg (iv), while dazopride at 5.0 mg / kg antagonized vomiting in all animals development of. |
