Description	ABA-DMNB is a caged chemical inducer of proximity (CIP) that releases active ABA (abscisic acid) upon light exposure. As a caged ABA, ABA-DMNB utilizes light to trigger the release and subsequent activity of ABA.
In vitro	Caged ABA-DMNB does not induce dimerization of PYL with ABI. In cells treated with ABA-DMNB, the downregulation of KRAS mRNA is only observed when the cells are exposed to light.
