| In vitro | ALDH1A3-IN-1 (Compound 14) demonstrates significant antiproliferative effects on prostate cancer cell lines (PC3, LNCaP, and DU145) over a 96-hour treatment with IC50 values of 47 ± 6, 25 ± 1, and 61 ± 5 μM, respectively, at concentrations ranging from 0-200 μM [1]. Additionally, it reduces the viability of primary prostate epithelial cells from early-passage human tissue biopsies in a dose-dependent manner when administered at 50 and 200 μM for 72 hours, showcasing potential therapeutic action against prostate cancer [1]. |
