In vitro
Antibacterial agent 118 (1-1000 μM; 24 h) shows cytotoxicity towards Hep G2 cells [1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay [1] Cell Line: Hep G2 cell line Concentration: 1-1000 μM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Inhibited Hep G2 cells growth with IC 50 value of 68 μM.
